Mobile scaffolding is a freestanding, wheeled access platform that can be set up, moved, and repositioned without tools or specialist labour. Unlike fixed scaffold systems, a mobile tower can be relocated as your work progresses, making it a practical and cost-effective solution for working safely at height.
At Metroscaff, we've made hiring mobile scaffolding as easy as possible. Hire units through our online portal, and choose your preferred set up option, either picking up and erecting the mobile scaffolding yourself, or get our skilled scaffolders to do the delivery and set up so that you don’t have to.

If you're unsure whether we cover your area, give us a call on 021 774 653 and we'll confirm. Our team is based in the Hibiscus Coast and Warkworth regions, making us well-placed to service the greater Auckland region.

You have the choice. Our self-assembly hire option is designed for tradespeople and confident DIYers, our units are straightforward to assemble. However, if you'd prefer peace of mind, our full service option has our qualified scaffolders deliver, erect, and dismantle everything for you. All our mobile scaffolding meets New Zealand WorkSafe requirements, so whichever option you choose, you're working with compliant, safe equipment.

We offer flexible hire periods to suit both short-term and ongoing projects, however there is a minimum one week hire term. When you book through our online booking system, you'll be able to select the hire duration that works for you. If your project runs longer than expected, just get in touch and we can arrange an extension.

Absolutely. Safety is central to everything we do at Metroscaff. All our mobile scaffolding units are regularly inspected and maintained to comply with New Zealand's WorkSafe guidelines and relevant industry standards. When you opt for our full service hire, our qualified scaffolders conduct a safety inspection before handing the scaffold over to you, giving you full confidence that your setup is compliant and ready to use.

We recommend booking in the mobile scaffolding at least a couple of days before you need the unit/s so if you are picking it up and erecting it yourself. If you require our scaffolders to deliver and set up the unit, at least 3-4 days is necessary. However, if you need a unit urgently, get in touch and we can make a plan for you!
